Situated on one of the 6th arrondissement’s most soulful streets, the historic Rue du Dragon, this three-bedroom apartment casts a striking spell with its sweeping open-plan design, period features and accordant choice of artwork. It certainly embodies the enchanting nature of Paris’ smallest neighbourhood, with this area home to a thriving café culture and some of the city’s most iconic landmarks including the picturesque Jardin du Luxembourg...
LIVING & DINING AREA
Characterful beams, light wood floors and a crisp white aesthetic bring an enlivened mood to the capacious dining area, where statement shelves and abstract artwork further underline this apartment’s impressive marriage of contemporary styling within a period context. Creative zoning provides an adroit sense of separation between the reposeful lounge and TV area and a dining table that offers relaxing views across the treetops of this refined neighbourhood.
KITCHEN
Gentle accents of wood expertly bring the contrast against the delicate white hues of the kitchen. Fully equipped with all key amenities, this chic space also boasts a large breakfast table perfect for early morning snacking before a busy day exploring nearby landmarks including the Louvre and Notre-Dame.
BEDROOMS
Tranquilty abounds in the principal suite, minimalist in style with a plush king-sized bed and artistic reading nook. Harmonious with its clean lines, celestial whites and reclaimed wood floors, the second suite has an equally pared-back aesthetic with a relaxing double bed. Accessed through the living room, the third bedroom suite presents a king-sized bed and generous storage space.
BATHROOMS
Underscoring the impressive design-led nature of this home, the en-suite bathroom in the principal suite is decorated with monochromatic chevron tiling and comprises a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. Equally contemporary in style, both en-suite bathrooms in the second and third bedroom offer a shower, wash basin and toilet.
WE LOVE
The spectacular medley of texture and tone that greets you in the main living area. A reminder, if needed, of why this city is the style capital of the world...
