The master bedroom has a king bed with the guest bedroom having two twin beds sleeping 4 people. It is fully equipped with private laundry, two full bathrooms and spacious living, dining and outdoor terrace space. And, with just 400 meters to the beach and a short walk to town, you are in the perfect location.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- No noise after 10pm and before 6am. Must follow all pool and community rules posted in the community. No smoking in the condo or terrace or around the community. No smoking, vaping or of any substance. Do not park in other designated parking spots. There is one designated parking and the rest are for guests. #5 parking spot is for the condo. This is a gated community by a code. Please do not share it with others. Keys lost or stolen is a $100 fee. No pets allowed. We provide starter shampoos, toilet paper, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. We do not provide unlimited amounts for the entire stay. No more than 4 guests permitted including children.
