About Villa Klaas
Villa Klaas is our very luxurious holiday villa in Rijs, located just a stone’s throw from the Rijsterbos and within walking distance of the IJsselmeer. The house is specifically intended for families who want to stay together across multiple generations, but it is also perfect for a relaxing vacation or weekend getaway with friends. It serves as an ideal base for sports, nature, hiking, cycling, and culinary enjoyment.
The Space
In the very large living area, you will find a delightful lounge sofa and a large dining table that can accommodate the whole group. On the same floor, kitchen kings and queens can fully enjoy the very well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find a meters-long countertop, large induction cooktops, two refrigerators with freezers, and two ovens. Kitchen assistants can sit at the bar.
For the little ones, there is a separate playroom with a lounge area...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
