Welcome to our lovely safe haven duplex home tucked away in our peaceful green patio. Moments from the beautiful Bosphorus! Enjoy a nice walk along the coast. With a beautiful modern open fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Enjoy outdoor space in the summer sun. Comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an additional powder room and a walk in closet. The perfect place to call home! Comes with air conditioning, wifi & netflix!

We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.

Tucked away just off the beautiful Bosphorus. Would highly recommend to try the local Turkish Breakfast restaurants in the morning along the bosphorus located 1 minute away. Great restaurants and a beautiful walk along the bosphorus. It’s a peaceful quiet street right in the heart of Istanbul. Market across the street. Would highly recommend.
