Located just a few blocks north of Downtown Colorado Springs, this neighborhood combines those great urban amenities that Colorado Springs has developed over the last few years with a quiet, suburban flow. The streets here are wide and lined with mature trees. The housing stock dates from the turn of the century (20th), and large, fully updated homes are mixed with others that might present an opportunity for an enterprising investor. Restaurants, local shops and nightlife are all just a few blocks away to the south … close enough to walk or ride to, but also easily accessible by car. The downtown layout being a simple grid, travel to the best, most well-known attractions for travelers and guests to Colorado Springs is easy. Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
