Located on the south end of Colorado Springs in a suburban area still close to some definite COS goodness, this neighborhood might not be the flashiest (or most expensive) choice, but it offers a value potentially for the cost-savvy traveler and guest. Access to the best-known amenities on the south end of town is superb and with Ft. Carson just up the road, shopping, dining and entertaining about a mile away, and everything else within just a few minutes drive via the Interstate — this location simply makes life easy. The Broadmoor is about 5 minutes away. Cheyenne Mountain State Park (5 minutes). The Broadmoor's World Arena (5 minutes). Ft. Carson (<5 minutes). Downtown (10 minutes). Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak & Old Colorado City (10 minutes). The Airport (7 minutes). The United States Air Force Academy (20 minutes). So much, so close, with easy access to all the rest!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
