Welcome to our new corner deluxe condo 1BD/1Bath home in the heart of the city! With mesmerizing views of Istanbul! With an outdoor pool, tennis and basketball court. Our unit has fully equipped amenities to enjoy! With floor heating, A/C and a fully equipped kitchen this energetic condo is the perfect home away from home! Comes with WIFI and Netflix! Please respect the neighbors and members of staff in the building. Check out: 11am. The beds are as follows: Bed 1 : Queen bed Please note that the 3rd guest would sleep on a sofa located in the living room. We will provide you the linen for the guest to be able to sleep Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $100 USD penalty charge. PLEASE NOTE: We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. Our customer service team will contact you before your arrival to provide the payment link for the security deposit Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask all guests to provide valid Passport ID’s in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions. HOME TRUTHS: - There is 1 A/C in the living room. - There is no A/C in the bedroom (fans can be provided upon request) - There is no blackout blind. - Baby crib and high chair will be provided upon request. - Pool, Turkish bath and gym hours may change.
