The bathroom is fully upgraded with tile floors and shower enclosure, sliding glass shower doors, and the masterpiece of the bathroom is the gorgeous glass sink with waterfall faucets. The smart mirror is capable of illuminating in a variety of lighting levels and will never fog. The gorgeous open-concept chic farmhouse kitchen features a black granite island, white granite countertops, white subway tile backsplash, extra deep black sink, lower cabinets offering lots of storage, and (one of our favorite touches) upper shelves made from the wood of a tree removed from the lot. It comes fully equip with all stainless-steel appliances including LG oven with electric stove top, dishwasher, Kuerig coffee machine, microwave, and a Whirlpool refrigerator.
