Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Priscilla is located in a suburban community of Lewes that asks for a 10 pm. to 8:00 am. quiet time; so we are asking our quest to be respectful of the surrounding neighbors and comply with the quiet hours. Thank you!
- This property includes a Hot Tub for our guests to use, but we feel that younger guests, those 12 years of age and under should not use the hot tub, and parents need to be very careful to keep young children away from the Hot Tub area.
- An adorable bedroom with 2 bunk beds has been created for children. We ask that no one over 100 lbs. go on the upper bunks, and families ask that children be respectful of the bunk furniture and not rough house or jump on their beds.
- Along with a pool table, small ping-pong table and basketball shooting game, Priscilla has just added an indoor batting cage in the large garage. Please use all of these amenities carefully and respectfully. Children under 12 should not use the batting cage and all youths should be supervised while using the batting cage.
