Welcome to Portland Square, our wonderful City Centre apartment is just a 10 minute stroll from the heart of Nottingham city centre, with its restaurants, shops and theatres.
If you’re visiting for business or for pleasure, you’ll find everything you need inside. With a fully equipped kitchen, including teas and coffee machine for your arrival.
The space
The decor is modern and welcoming throughout, our Nottingham apartment features free WiFi, a flat screen tv and Netflix with a wide choice of movies and shows.
The dining table seats 4 within the well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need cook a delicious meal!
There are 2 double bedrooms with cosy double beds and sofa beds in the living area. Fresh linen and towels are provided for your comfort and ease.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Guestflow is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process.
- Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention)
- Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay.
- Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old.
- Quiet hours: After 11:00 PM. A breach of quiet hours will incur a £50 fee.
- No stag or hen parties allowed.
- No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.
- Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee.
- Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs.
- Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
