This home is in a fabulous location between the boat house and across 30A from the WaterColor Beach Club! The first floor welcomes you with a stunning front porch that offers comfortable seating for the ultimate relaxation. When entering the home, a guest bedroom featuring a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom will greet you first. Next, you will find a spacious bedroom with two queen sized beds and access to the shared hallway bathroom that features a dual vanity and walk-in shower. An additional guest bedroom with a full sized bedroom is located on the first floor and also shares the hall bathroom. The laundry room is located on the first floor for your convenience. The second floor features an open concept living room that is perfect for the whole family to gather in after a long day on the beach. The gourmet kitchen opens into the living room and dining area that has seating for 6 guests. The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, a large center island, and bar stool seating for 4 guests. Off the living room, is the front balcony with a lovely porch swing and outdoor dining table for 6 guests. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom that offers a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom has private access to an additional balcony which offers a ping pong table. The second floor allows access to the tower for beautiful views of WaterColor! This beautiful home also features a carriage house located over the garage. The carriage house offers a kitchen, 4 twin beds, private bathroom with shower/tub combo, and large tv. The courtyard offers a gas grill and outdoor seating that is the perfect spot for creating family memories. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. BIKES - The quote you will receive includes 1 beach cruiser bicycle per bedroom. RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY \- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer \- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM \- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
