Elegant apartment of 80 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the 2nd floor of a building equipped with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - some steps to access). The property is located in the Stibbert/Statuto area, a lively neighbourhood, full of services and well served by public transport, ideal for visiting the city while staying away from the chaos of the historic centre.

The inside is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), fridge, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, kitchenware, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BALCONY with small table and chairs;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and INTERNAL BATHROOM (shower, sink, bidet and toilet);
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

The Stibbert Museum and the park of Villa Fabbricotti are just a few minutes on foot from the accommodation. The center is easily reachable by public transport (20 minutes) and, once reached, it will be possible to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot.

- From Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to take the T1.3 tram to Statuto station, a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
- If you travel by car, it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) near the apartment.
