Like entering a secret island paradise, this spacious home feels very private and offers ultimate tranquility. Kingfisher gives the experience of a private meditation retreat. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.
The Space Outside:
Amidst mature hedges and tall stone fencing, the security gate leads to a fully enclosed front yard beside the two car driveway. The entrance area of the house can also be accessed from the double garage. One of the absolute treats of this property is the garden area with Southeast Asian flair including water features, pond and tropical plants - making the outdoor area a show stopper for entertaining. Consisting of two zones, the first outdoor area provides sheltered alfresco dining for 8 people, sound system streaming, and a water feature; while the second is an outdoor extension of the games/billiards room at the back of the house and boasts a fantastic set-up perfect for long relaxing days. Out the back beneath the enormous timber pergola you’ll enjoy a seating area around a pond, an outdoor kitchenette with gas BBQ cooking facilities and high ball table and chairs.
The Space Inside:
The first of the two lounge rooms is positioned at the front of the house and provides an intimate space or great work area with a desk for those working from home during their stay, a sitting area with 2 double couches, TV, soundbar, and ceiling fan. The second lounge is within the open plan living/kitchen/dining area with lounge and arm chairs, wood- burning fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioner, large Smart TV and bi-fold door access to the alfresco dining area. This space is light and breezy with high ceilings and stunning finishes. The modern kitchen is a complete delight to prepare meals in while feeling part of the fun due to its very open layout and huge island counter perfect for gathering around. Fully equipped with a large stainless steel oven and 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, butler’s pantry, microwave, crock pot, toaster, Nespresso pod machine, and blender. Beside the kitchen is a comfortable dining setting for 8 people while at the other end of the main living area is access to the games room with pool table and patio access.

2nd Bedroom with 2 x King Single Beds, 2 x King Single Trundles, and air conditioning.
3rd Bedroom with Queen bed, air conditioning, WIR, ceiling fan, and view of the garden.
4th Bedroom with Queen bed, air conditioning, desk, ceiling fan, WIR, and ensuite with double basin, shower, and toilet.
The Main Bathroom has shower, bath, double basin and separate toilet. While the laundry offers convenience with both a washer and dryer.
Parking available in the Double Car garage, as well as in the driveway.
