Welcome to Coastal Beach Escape, a beautiful holiday house just steps away from the beach. A 15 minute stroll leads to Rosebud foreshore with all the convenience of local amenities and the calm waters of Port Phillip Bay.
Light-filled and modern, the home has a great layout with all the bedrooms positioned along the entrance hall at the front of the house. The open plan living area is ideal for families and friends to get together. The lounge, kitchen, and dining are all in the same space with sliding door access to the fully enclosed rear yard and air-conditioning for comfort all year round.

Stunning finishes and a large kitchen counter with stools makes entertaining a joy while great kitchen ware and a dishwasher provide ease and simplicity.

Large L-shaped lounge and armchairs around the TV and sliding door access to the yard.

The large dining table is positioned beside the kitchen and seats 8 people.
Bathroom:
The Main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate laundry with washer and side yard access.
Outside:
Large lawn space perfect for playing games or just soaking up the sun. The patio beside the kitchen has a BBQ and a large retractable sun umbrella. There is also parking in the driveway for one and space for another car to park on the street.

Bay Trail walking track, Rosebud foreshore BBQ and picnic area, Rosebud pier and playground, Arthurs Seat State Park, Peninsula Cinemas, local cafes.
