On the main level, four equally spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms boast spectacular ocean views, creating a serene escape after a day of island adventures. The fifth bedroom, located on the lower level, also features an ensuite bathroom, a convenient kitchenette, and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
The villa’s open and airy living spaces are perfect for socializing and unwinding in style. At the heart of the outdoor area lies a heated infinity pool, offering a tranquil oasis to enjoy throughout your stay. The pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, with optional heating available outside this period for an additional $350 per week.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the villa. Parties and pets are not allowed unless confirmed in advance.
- Upon check-out, please turn off all lights and notify the concierge of your departure.
