Within 5 minutes you can be walking in miles of woodland, meandering through the Cotswold hills, or soaking up the atmosphere in the arty market town of Stroud.
You’ll drive through the beautiful village valley to reach the house. There is space in the drive for 2 cars.
When you enter the house, you’ll be on the middle floor, which offers one king size bedroom, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There’s also a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs you’ll find two further bedrooms with king sized beds, and a bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and stunning views.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Thanks for view our listing! It's our family home, so we ask you to treat it kindly by following these house rules:
- => No parties or events are allowed.
- => No pets are allowed.
- => No unregistered guests are allowed.
- => Please do not smoke inside the house.
- => Please only park on our driveway, not other driveways of our neighbours. They may clamp your car.
- => Please don't wear shoes inside the house. Our carpets and wooden floors get easily damaged.
- => Please take care of the furnishings including several family heirlooms - you will need to cover any damages that exceed your security deposit.
- => Please don’t rearrange the furniture - you will need to cover any damage to the floors.
- => Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- => Please do your dishes.
- => Please take out your rubbish.
- => Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
- => Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- => Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
