Located in Quartier des Salins, the villa sits on a large plot of land, only a few hundred meters from Canoubiers beach in Saint Tropez.
The town centre is very close, 5mn by car, 10mn by bike or 20mn for the more athletic guests.
With a large garden in front and several parking spaces, this is a very traditional provençal villa that will enable clients to experience Saint Tropez on a family budget.
The front door opens onto a large living/dining room with high beamed ceilings, leading on the left to 3 bedrooms: one twin with ensuite shower room, one with 3 single beds, 1 double room; those 2 share a bathroom.
At the back of the living, there is a large kitchen with breakfast table .
Upstairs, the Master bedroom offers large sleeping quarters, a full ensuite bathroom and private terrace with seaview
The back garden houses a fabulous pool with plenty of sun loungers, a large pool house with fridge, dining table and a plancha for outdoor cooking.
