Carpinteria is a local’s beach town located just 10 miles south of sunny Santa Barbara. For the discerning guest, this town offers a relaxed but elegant lifestyle similar to Santa Barbara but with fewer crowds. Across the street from the condo are the infamous Carpinteria bluffs which offer scenic views, a seal and sea lion rookery and, tide pools erupting with sea anemones, and hermit crabs. Take one of the four bikes located on the property and ride over to the bluffs to witness beautiful scenery and dazzling sunsets.
Located just two miles away from Beachy Bluffs is the quaint town of Carpinteria. Linden Avenue boasts numerous restaurants, brewpubs, wine bars, a famous candy store, burger joints, and beachy boutiques. If Santa Barbara calls your name, it is an easy fifteen-minute drive to Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara. Venture to The Funk Zone to go wine tasting or walk by the Santa Barbara Harbor to see why they call it the American Rivieria.
Beachy Bluffs is apart of a well-spaced out condominium association with a private pool and playground. This unit is the premier ocean facing unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large hanging closet, and dresser. The secondary bedroom has a luxurious and extremely comfortable bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on top. The bathroom has a marble walk-in rain shower and a single sink. The open living space offers a large flat-screen TV, an oversized couch and seating area, a dining room table for four, and a desk with ocean views. The kitchen is well stocked for the avid chef with bar seating as well.
There is a plethora of parking in front of the unit or there is a garage that can house one vehicle. There are four bikes and beach essentials available for the lucky guests. Lastly, please enjoy the private community pool (and hot tub) and playground with epic mountain views providing the backdrop.
