Grandview #7 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse located on the east end of town, but is within walking distance to adorable shops and restaurants. The front door opens to an open floor plan of the main living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. You will find a wood burning fireplace (firewood provided in the winter months, beginning Dec 1st) in the living room and TV. The property does have high-speed internet. There is a ½ bathroom also on the first floor.
Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an amazing view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom (standing shower) in the hallway. The shower has a cascade shower head and wand for a spa-like experience after a fun day on the trails!
Other features include a front porch with two parking spaces in front, making unloading the vehicle easier. Sorry, there’s no trailer parking available at this property. Wood is provided, beginning Dec1st through the winter. The unit has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
This property is pet-friendly with a $125 non-refundable pet fee due at check in. No smoking. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy.
