Natural light fills this beautiful large lakefront ranch-style home, where gathering, relaxing, and dining, are so easy and so comfortable. After a day on the lake, head for the fire pit and stargaze. Plenty of room for friends and family (and pups! ) with 4 bedrooms. Lake Leelanau is what makes this sweet spot so appealing. That, and its proximity to all the natural wonders of Up North Michigan.

This lakefront home is 3,000 square feet in size.
All bedrooms are on the main floor.
Master Bedroom has a KING bed and attached bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen beds.
4th bedroom has 2 twin beds.
2nd bathroom has a tub. The 3rd bathroom has a shower and is near the laundry room.
Full kitchen with gas stove, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and drip coffee.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
