This beautiful home offers four bedrooms and three full baths. Room for 14 people one block from the beach and directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Enjoy the sunset in the afternoon while sitting on your private dock. The best of both worlds all in one house.

Fishing, boating, and swimming all right at the house. Gunite pool with heater and chiller coming in November ‘23. The main bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms both offer a king bed, while another guest bedroom has a queen. The amazing custom bunk room boasts 4 queen beds! Each bed in the
bunk room has its own light and USB ports - this room is a must see for sure. There are TVs in each bedroom and a huge 65” TV in family...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
- PET POLICY:
- One dog up to 10 lbs allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. If dog is brought on property without disclosing prior to arrival, a $500 fine will be applied.
