See below for pet info Single level - This lakefront home is 1,413 square feet. Primary bedroom has a King bed with an attached full bathroom (memory foam hybrid Serta mattress) and deck access Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed (memory foam hybrid Serta mattress) Bedroom 3 has two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) Sunroom sofa bed sleeps 2 adults (memory foam mattress) 2nd full bathroom in hallway Living room has gas fireplace and smart TV Fully equipped kitchen for meal prepping and cooking Full washer/dryer Outdoor furniture and gas grill Dock, and mooring ball available Memorial Day - Labor Day Two 12 ft. fishing kayaks with lifejackets Yard games for the large side lawn Room for 2 or 3 vehicles directly in front of the cottage, plus an area across the street to park 3+ vehicles. The storage garage there is not available to guests. Nearest public boat launch is the Crystal Lake Boat Launch 30 min drive to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and National Lakeshore. 11 min drive to the Village of Beulah 45 min to Downtown Traverse City Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues. License number: 2023-002
