The 80sqm apartment is extremely quiet and bright and partly overlooks a very sunny private garden and partly onto a common garden. It has a second facing onto a private terrace; you can easily access the swimming pool from which you have a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding hills.
To access the apartment, use the lift both from the garage and from the street side: there are no steps inside the building to take to access them.
