This pocket of Walnut Hills is a quiet, mostly residential area located just a 5-minute drive to downtown. You are a 5-10 minute drive from Downtown and the sports stadiums and music venues, Over the Rhine, University of Cincinnati, and wonderful eating and drinking in Walnut Hills.
Please note that this is a mixed-income neighborhood. A number of nearby homes have been remodeled and there is a high-end, modern development for young professionals nearby. Please note that because the area is still up-and-coming, some of our neighbors have remodeled their homes beautifully, while others could use some TLC on the exterior. Despite this, all of our neighbors are friendly, and respectful!
