Upon entering in this 1BDR/ 560 sqft-52m2 apartment, you’ll be met by the living room which has a plush sofa and flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and porcelain dinnerware. There is a bar for guests to enjoy entertaining while cooking. The apartment has lots of light from multiple large sliding door windows looking out over the roof tops of Paris. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and desk. There is a bathroom with shower and bath combo and separate WC. The apartment includes a beautiful balcony to relax on during the summer.

With its majestic avenues and its beautiful park, the Pleine Monceau district is charming and perfect for couples. If you are thinking of renting a furnished property in Paris for your next vacation, you will love this quiet but animated district and the proximity of its enchanting park. Surrounded by grand hôtels particuliers and elegants Haussmannian apartments, La Pleine Monceau is one of our favourites. Parc Monceau, its beautifull garden, was laid out in the 18th century for the Duc de Chartres in the English style, with a lake, lawns and a variety of follies: an Egyptian pyramid, a Corinthian colonnade, and a Venetian bridge.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
