The house is just five minutes from Porto Cristo on the east side of the island and about 15 minutes from the busy town of Manacor, perfectly located to access the areas nice restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches.Situated on a 36,000 m2 sunny plot with direct sea views of Porto Cristo. The house is surrounded by vast lawns, Mediterranean plants, palm trees, various fruit trees and evergreen bushes. There is a great outdoor area with a huge pool ready for a dip at any time (can be heated in the cooler months), as well as three yoga areas. In addition, there is a chippingputting green available free of charge within the grounds for golf enthusiasts. The villa has eight bedrooms distributed over two floors, all with air conditioning. They are all tastefully furnished and very spacious each with its own en-suite bathroom, the latest TV, hi-fi equipment and large comfortable beds....

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
