The interior features two bedrooms with queen-sized mattresses, two full bathrooms and a spacious common area for your group to gather. Enjoy leisurely strolls through our picturesque neighborhood and easily walk to many of Fort Collin’s top attractions. You will love being close to all of the action!
Nestled along Whitcomb Street, this cozy cottage is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins where historic charm abounds! You will love your daily commute to the city center, a delightful walk with picturesque tree-lined streets and beautiful homes, both new and old. Here you can grab a bite to eat, check out the Museum of Art or hit the local boutiques for an afternoon of shopping – then head home to rest up before catching a show at The Lincoln Center. You will love being able to park the car and forget about it!

OUTDOOR LIVING: There is a lovely backyard with mature shade trees and a deck with an outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and string lights. The deck is private but the backyard is shared with the upstairs tenants who must cross the backyard to access their front door.
INDOOR LIVING: Two Roku TVs with complimentary Hulu streaming, dining table with seating for 6, board games, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms, one en-suite and one off the kitchen. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

You will be renting the main level of this home, with potential guests staying in the apartment above you. You will have private use of the entire residence, with the exception of a shared backyard. The house is well insulated but if there is ever an issue with noise, we are easily accessible to help accommodate your needs!
