Mallorca Villa 1463 is located by the Deia Church with a great size swimming pool and beautifully designed interiors. The property offers tranquillity and privacy together with a convenient location within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants.
The highlights of Mallorca Villa 1463 is the location only a couple of minutes walk to the village’s shops, bars and restaurants and the great size pool, as it is the largest pool allowed to be built in the centre of the village.
Mallorca Villa 1463 is equipped with 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Both indoor and outdoor areas are equipped with Wi-Fi.On the main floor of the house there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating, living and dining room with satellite TV, cloak room and master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
On the lower floor there are 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and and office with a sofa bed. You can access the swimming pool from this floor and from one of the bedrooms.
Mallorca Villa 1463 is also equipped with a fantastic gym on the lower ground floor together with a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron & iron board and a little kitchenette for the pool area.
