The Space:
Expanding over one ground floor, making it easy for family members of all ages to enjoy the entire space, Pool Haven on Leah offers spectacular open plan living beneath airy vaulted ceilings and wrapped in generous windows and glazed sliding doors permeating the entire house with natural light. Every space in this home is full of coastal calm, instantly providing relaxation and ease. Entertaining is a delight with the main living space that opens onto an alfresco deck and stunning swimming pool area.
An open kitchen fit for the most discerning foodies offers stainless steel appliances, including a sunbeam coffee machine, and plenty of space to gather around the huge kitchen island for the inevitable between-meal-snacking that holidays are all about. While the dining table just beyond seats 8 people.
Take your pick of the 4 lounge zones to catch up on some R’n’R: the main space is off the kitchen and offers seriously comfortable couch with pool views TV and DVD player; entering through the front door, just off the hall is another lounge space with couches, bar, wood fireplace, rear deck access, and which leads into the Master Suite; there is also a cozy lounge area perfect for the kids to claim, with couch, TV, sound system, desk area, books and games. The final living zone with kitchenette and bathroom is the billiards and table tennis games room within the pool house.
The pièce de resistance is of course the solar heated swimming pool and hot tub spa beside a sundrenched deck and sheltered alfresco dining with gas mains BBQ, sun umbrella, and outdoor living area.
Be assured of complete convenience and comfort with ducted heating and evaporative cooling, air-conditioners and ceiling fans throughout, quality linen and towels provided, porta cot and high chair available, laundry with washing machine and dryer, plenty of parking on circular driveway.
A fully-fenced yard and pet-friendly approach also mean that you can bring your four-legged family member along on your holiday–upon application and strictly outside only.
The Pool is Solar Heated and although this is effective in the warmer months of November to March there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October as it relies upon the longer and warmer days for the solar system to effectively heat.
Pool Haven on Leah is also close to the supermarket and Rye shopping strip with cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, ice creameries and much more - making any holiday absolutely easy breezy.
