Welcome to Mountain Top Modern, an insanely cool 1963 A-Frame lakefront custom remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin with lakefront views from every angle. This one-of-a-kind stylish mountain retreat was designed to surround you with comfort, thoughtful design, and soulful living as you relax, play, and explore. Featured on the cover of Sunset magazine, cover of Atomic Ranch magazine, myDomain, and published in the Modern A Frame book.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Calcutta marble counters, Miele appliances, and seating for 5 at the counter.
Living Room: 10 foot movie screen that deploys from the ceiling with surround sound, top end designer furniture and a malm fireplace.
Master Bedroom: Featuring a King bed and down pillows and duvet from Parachute Home.
Bedroom 2: Two sets of twin bunk beds with Apple TV and toys.
Bedroom 3: Restoration Hardware pull out sofa with a King size bed. Premium, 5" thick gel mattress provides cooling comfort, with a spring-less design that is extremely comfortable.
Outdoor space: Sunken cedar hot tub surrounded by the IPE wood deck and natural gas fire pit.
Located in a private setting & centrally located within 75 feet on the lake in Big Bear Lake Central.
Free Big Bear Trolley:
Mountain Transit’s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
Direct Dock access. Dock depth is around 7ft.
Parking: (2) cars max. Do not drive down the driveway in the winter.. park at the top and walk down.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.
If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.
Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our ’things to know’ and ’house rules’ sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
