A charming apartment with 2 suites, and 3 bathrooms, in the heart of this bucolic neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. All suites have double beds and are equipped with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The living room is spacious and open to the balcony, providing abundant natural light as well as a fully airy environment. You’ll also stay cool thanks to the powerful cassette air conditioning in the ceiling. The open-concept kitchen is in the same room, separated only by a countertop. Overall, the apartment features an absolutely contemporary design with rich colors that is eye-catching and pleasing to everyone. The building has an elevator and 12-hour security. As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
