Resting perfectly between two of the best family & surf beaches on the North Cornish Coast; Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth. Everything you need is provided for a funtastic family stay in comfort. Our Cornish delight provides a private parking space for one car & all the modern conveniences in a traditional Cornish cottage, including; a huge Smart TV and small garden area.
Hosting 6 persons in 3 spacious bedrooms including a king, twin (2 x singles) and a bespoke bunk bedroom. The large and spacious open plan living and dining area is a great family space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day on the beach. Both Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth are dog friendly year round and if your dog loves the beach & the coastal walkies as much as ours, they will have the best holiday ever! Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
