It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood with mostly full time residents. Very quaint and tranquil vibe. This is definitely not the neighborhood to party in so we ask that you keep any noise at a reasonable level, especially between 10pm and 9am.
If you’re looking for livelier entertainment, the Village Center is located just a 10 minute drive away where there are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and bars.
Everything in Big Bear is within a short driving distance, but if you find yourself without a vehicle, our home is walking distance to mountain shuttle stops on Big Bear Blvd.
There are 2 official parking spots in the driveway. There is one very small additional street parking spot available in front of our house, to the right of our driveway, but be sure to pull the vehicle completely off of the street.
