Come hide away in this Big Bear Chalet! This Tudor style full remodel offers views from almost every room. It is ideally located on a beautiful secluded side street directly between Bear Mountain and Snow Summit SKI AREAS. Vaulted ceilings and windows in the family room lead out to a private undeveloped reserve behind the home. Smell the pines from the deck of the large private backyard, complete with a BBQ and six-person hot tub as you relax after a day on the slopes. Modern, chic and rustic!

Ground level Master Bedroom with a beautifully remodeled luxury grade en suite bathroom with large shower and freestanding soaking tub. Master has a smart TV and french doors that open to a large deck overlooking the backyard and preserve.
Bedroom 2 is also at ground level with 2 double beds and smart TV.
Bedroom 3 is upstairs. It has 2 sets of bunk beds, a full bathroom with a shower and a smart TV.
The entrance to bedroom 3 is a loft with a couch and it’s own smart TV with a game console.
The main living space has vaulted ceilings and a large leather sectional couch in front of the gas fireplace and smart TV. There are three separate dining areas - a round table in the sun room, a bar that sits 3 adjacent to the kitchen and a dining table with room for 8. The living and dining rooms open onto the rear deck where you’ll find a spa for 6. Also included in the main living space is a powder room off of the entry.
The kitchen has a commercial range, Subzero refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave drawer. It is fully stocked. Enjoy the coffee, tea and hot chocolate samples!
Off the kitchen you will find a full laundry room with a sink, mud room and full bathroom.
From the laundry room, access the game room with a Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, and FoosBall. Also available are horseshoes and cornhole.
The large backyard has a spa, deck, and backs up to the tree filled natural preserve.
This is a private home. You will have private access.

Big Bear Lake East is centrally located in the Big Bear Valley and could be considered the main part of town. Located on the south shore of Big Bear Lake, BBL East is mostly residential and is also where you will find shopping, dining, Snow Summit, and other attractions and amenities.

Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
