Our gem of a home is located at the end of a beautiful, windy drive through the Ozark Mountains ON the Mulberry River in Ozark, Arkansas! Upon arrival, you’ll notice that we’re completely surrounded by National Forest to the north, south and west - it’s enough to take your breath away.
Enter through the front door of our home and you’ll be greeted by our open-concept living room and kitchen area. To the left, you’ll see our bright, inviting living room, which is complete with bright blue walls, driftwood accents, an electric fireplace, two cozy leather couches and a 55-inch Smart TV with Apple TV streaming connected.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
