Located in a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood in South Fayetteville, our home is within 1.5 miles of all our city has to offer. Walk 0.2 miles down the road to hop on the Razorback Greenway, drive 1 mile to experience the bustling Downtown Fayetteville or catch an Uber to the University of Arkansas for a game or a campus tour.

At home, you’ll find luxury amenities and plenty of living space for EIGHT people. Unwind on the porch, cook a meal in our state-of-the-art kitchen or cuddle up for a movie on the couch - all viable options after a long day out and about in NWA.
When you arrive at Porte Orange, the first thing you’ll notice is our bright orange front door! Enter into our home and you’ll be greeted by our entryway, which has hooks for your jackets, hats and bags as well as a side table for your keys. Walk a little further and you’ll find yourself in our bright, open concept living room, which has an overstuffed sectional, two lounge chairs, an LG Smart TV and gorgeous modern flair.
Our six-top dining table sits between the living room and kitchen areas. Here, you’ll also find our bar and four barstools, which look into the kitchen. Our kitchen - aka our favorite room in the house - is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, high-end appliances, and plenty of built-in storage. In the center of our kitchen, you’ll see our STUNNING wood-top island, which provides the perfect place to prep or serve your best dishes.
When it’s time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, large closet, blackout curtains and stunning en suite bath.
(2) Upstairs, our second King bedroom is complete with a closet, LG Smart TV and nearby bath.
(3) Our Queen bedroom has a large closet, LG Smart TV and a nearby bath.
(4) Finally, our Full pullout bed is located in the living room.
Outside, enjoy our three living spaces! Under the covered porch at the front of our home, you’ll see two cushioned wooden chairs overlooking the front yard. Out the back door on the bottom floor, you’ll enter into our backyard seating area, which has a couch, two comfy chairs a coffee table, and a grill. On the top floor, we invite you to relax on our porch! Grab a book, a drink or a friend and cozy up in our two chaise loungers, two lounge chairs or cozy couch.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note that our home has a ring doorbell & exterior surveillance camera for the security of our home.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
