Our cozy, lakeside home is the perfect space for anyone looking to get away from it all, while experiencing the great outdoors. Enjoy sweeping views of Beaver Lake from our outdoor living space, which has outdoor dining, lounge seating, a BBQ grill and a fire pit! Travel less than a mile down the road to War Eagle Marina to swim or dock a boat. If you’d like a close-up view of the lake our marked nature trail is available for your enjoyment. Inside, unwind in one of our three luxury bedrooms, cook a meal in our state-of-the-art kitchen or cozy-up in the living room, all while enjoying a birds-eye view of the Ozark Mountains.

When you first enter our home, you’ll be greeted by our cozy, open concept living, dining and kitchen area. In the living room, you’ll find a modern, overstuffed sectional, a 75-inch TCL Roku TV with Vizio sound bar and tons of boardgames like Wordigo, Apples and Apples, Sequence, Uno, Yahtzee and more. We’ve brought the Ozark mountains indoors for you with the rolling hills mural featured in the living room space.
Between the living room and kitchen is a large, granite-top island with three wooden barstools. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage.
To the left of our kitchen, you’ll find a six-top dining table overlooking our back deck. This entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake from every angle.
After a long day in the Ozarks, settle into one of our three luxury bedrooms:
(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a Tempurpedic King-size bed, dresser, closet and large en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a walk-in shower, and vanity sitting station.
(2) Our second bedroom has a luxury memory foam Queen-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom also has a luxury memory foam Queen-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bath.
Head out through the glass door in our dining room to reach the back patio. Not only does this space offer sweeping views of Beaver Lake and the Ozarks, but it has a six-top outdoor dining table, two Adirondack chairs and two lounge chairs, a BBQ grill and access to the solo stove (recently added) fire pit area. Out front, you’ll find two rocking chairs under the covered patio. Perfect for sipping a cup of coffee on a rainy morning!
The nearest beach is at War Eagle Marina, which is just 0.8 miles down the road! There is also a marked nature trail by the house that leads closer to the water. Please be aware that the trail can be steep in some spots. At the beginning of the trail, you’ll find picnic tables and there are benches along the trail as well!

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Once at the property, the nearest boat ramp is War Eagle Marina (0.8 mi), the nearest grocery store is Hometown Country Store (5.4 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (9.5 mi).
★ No direct access to the waters of Beaver Lake.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancelations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancelation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
