Our townhome in the Trailhead Mews is the ideal Bentonville location. 2 blocks to downtown Bentonville’s entertainment district, 1 block to the renowned Blake Street House, and DIRECTLY on the trailhead of the famous mountain biking trail, Slaughter Pen Trail. It also backs up to Compton Gardens - a lush trail that leads straight to Crystal Bridges. Within 1.5 miles of our home, enjoy The Momentary, 8th St Market, and more. Inside, you’ll find luxury amenities for up to six people. Unwind in our bright, open concept living room, cook a meal in our state-of-the-art kitchen or enjoy some fresh air and great views off the balcony. When you’re here, you’ll have access to everything you need to have a relaxing stay away from home. When you first get to our home, you’ll enter through our private one-car garage. This will lead you into our first living space - we call this The Parlor. Here, you’ll find hooks for your belongings, a couch, a chair and a Samsung Smart TV.  If you head up the stairs, you’ll enter into our open concept living, kitchen and dining area. This space is flooded with tons of natural light and features luxury, modern decor and furnishings. Straight ahead, you’ll see our living space, which features a couch, lounge chair, entertainment center with board games and TLC Roku TV. From here, you’ll also have access to the balcony through two glass doors. Take a right and you’ll enter our state-of-the-art kitchen. This space has a large granite island, tons of built-in storage and all the amenities you need to create your favorite meal, baked goods, or cup of coffee. Through the kitchen, you’ll see our 6-top dining table, which sits next to a floor-to-ceiling window. When it’s time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury beds: (1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, large closet, desk area and stunning en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet and connected bath. (3) Our Queen pullout & Queen air mattress can be found on the first floor living area.  Looking for a little adventure? Our trailside patio has direct access to the Slaughter Pen Trailhead! Or walk a few steps down the road to enjoy Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, Blake Street House, The Momentary, 8th Street Market and more. Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there are exterior cameras facing the driveway for security purposes. ★ Guests may park 1 car in the garage attached to our unit. The garage dimensions are 21’2" deep, 9 feet wide, and 7 feet tall at the garage door. Overflow parking is available nearby on NE B Street. Please note that parking on the shared driveway is not permitted. Additionally, large trucks, SUVs, and vans will not fit in the garage or the designated street parking. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Please note you cannot park in the shared driveway.
