On a small private road at the far end of Grand Case is Petite Plage 4, an oasis of beauty and tranquility overlaid with an eclectic blend of contemporary and opulent style. The exotic entrance is lined with palms and tropical foliage and flanked by Moroccan arches and ironwork.
The hand-carved double door opens wide to the amazing view accented with palms and the pool. You are at the ocean’s edge - before you the Caribbean Sea, the tropical sky, and Anguilla. Within your view is the curve of Grand Case Bay.
The interior spaces are spacious and airy; completely air-conditioned or fully open to the sea’s breeze. Travertine floors flow inside to outside creating an elegantly seamless transition. The decor mixes contemporary shapes with European antiques. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Petite Plage 4 & 5 cannot be rented by the same party unless approved by the owners at the time of booking.
- Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
- Please note that the chef service will only be provided by the House Manager / Caretaker on-site, no outside pre-organized Chef Service will be allowed at this time.
- Massage/Manicure/Pedicure services are also offered by the house manager Carole, who is a licensed masseuse. Please consult your Personal Concierge for further details.
