LOCATION: West park is a quiet residential area with tons of eateries and driving distance to beaches and many attractions. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us. PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility. NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. Also, the property is equipped with noise detection devices. No surveillance is located inside the home. All guests must be registered with host. PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors. PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix.
