Welcome to Bearadise. Located in the heart of the Big Bear & offering the perfect blend of rustic charm & modern amenities. Enjoy a warm & inviting living area with a cozy fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need. Step outside among the towering trees to find 2 spacious decks, where you can take in the sights & sounds of nature. Nearby hiking trails, lake and ski slopes. This cabin is the ultimate destination for a secluded & memorable vacation. Dog Friendly! AC!
LIVING AREA
After a day outside, relax in the living area, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, and 57” TV with Fire TV Stick for you to log in to all of your streaming services. Make some hot cocoa and curl up by the gas fireplace. Play a game of bumper pool, cards, or have a game night at the table for four. The living room has recently been updated to include luxury vinyl flooring.

KITCHEN & DINING
Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and cookware essentials (plus a mini donut maker, fondue set, blender, sandwich maker, mixer, and more!)
Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to nine people between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Bearadise has central air-conditioning as of June 12th, 2021 to keep you cool while you sleep.
Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable California King-sized bed and 40” Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is appointed with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a 40” Smart TV and almost any board game you could think of. A pack-and-play is also available for your little one’s rest or play. And when it snows, plastic sleds are available for hours of fun.
The third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and 42” TV with Fire TV Stick.
A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Dine alfresco on the deck, outfitted with shaded table seating for six. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. At night, visit the top deck to snuggle up and view the stars.
A second deck off the lower level includes table seating for four and additional seating for two.
The side yard includes a small fenced-in area for your furry best friends.
Pet friendly, $40 pet fee per pet.

Bearadise is just minutes from everything Big Bear has to offer. There is parking for 3 cars right in front of the home.
Parking: The City of Big Bear limits parking to a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway of the house. Street Parking is NOT allowed in any residential neighborhood.
Village distance: 14 minutes away from the home.
Slope distances: Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 6 minutes away from the home. Snow Summit is 10 minutes away from the home.
