An rustic retreat nestled in the heart of Boulder Bay near the Lake and all things Big Bear Lake offers ; this charming 1948 cabin is spacious and near the Lake and Village with plenty of charm with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi your family will have plenty of room to relax with a toasty fireplace, comfy seating and bedding and a large deck.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 twin beds Please keep in mind that the 2nd bedroom does not have a tv available. In the 3rd bedroom there is a queen bed. Downstairs is the 4th bedroom and has a queen bed. Sofa also pulls out into a bed located in the gameroom. Please keep in mind there isn’t heating in the gameroom.
Close to the lake, Hiking Trails, Alpine slides and Village it has it all! In a quaint area of Big Bear Lake.
Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 4 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood.
Village distance: 9 minutes away from the home.
Slope distances: Snow Summit is 13 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 16 minutes away from the home.
City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. Please keep in mind that the garage is not insulated. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.
If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.
Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our ’things to know’ and ’house rules’ sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.
