Only 2 blocks away from Snow Summit Ski Resort - this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1500 sq foot retreat is perfect for your next getaway.
Relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or kick your feet up and enjoy a beautiful sunset next to the fire pit outside on the deck. This house boasts it’s own game room with a 55" flat screen complete with it’s own foosball table. An open large living room area with fireplace, this home really has everything you need.
Ski access 2 blocks away or mountain bike from your front door in the winter and enjoy a most convenient neighborhood. This prime location has you in the middle of everything, less than one mile from the Village or lake access and marinas. You will feel right at home as you enter into the inviting mud room where you can shed jackets, boots, or any other gear you’ve brought along while out on your day of adventure. Immediately to your right is the laundry room with a dryer and washing machine, plus a nicely decorated shared half bath.
Enjoy the beautiful open concept layout. The grand living room has knotty pine touches with modern furnishings throughout where you can take in the tranquil view through the floor to ceiling windows! With vaulted ceilings and windows, this isn’t your typical gambrel cabin, it has loads of natural light, while still giving you the privacy you came to the mountains to enjoy. Cuddle up on the couch in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace while watching your favorite show on the flat screen streaming TV, cable or choose from the provided library of DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals with all the cookware you will need and also has beautiful stainless steel appliances. A Keurig coffee maker and coffee are readily available to help start off your day. Looking forward to enjoying meals together? There is a dining table with seating for 8, as well as counter bar seating for 3 in the kitchen.
Venture outside to the patio where you will find plenty of seating, a steamy hot tub exclusive to the cabin (spa towels provided), gas fire pit table, gas BBQ and patio table that seats 8 is available for your outdoor dining. Feeling a little competitive? Enjoy a friendly game with the family as you play with the outdoor dart board.
One the bottom level you will also find two of the sleeping quarters, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed with a full mattress on bottom and twin on top. There is a shared full bath in the hallway next to the bedrooms, all are setup for your arrival with plush linens/blankets, shampoo/conditioner/make-up wipes and fresh bath towels.
On the upper level of your cabin, you will find the game room loft area, complete with foosball table, streaming flat screen TV, Xbox game console/controllers, board games and reading books. Also, on the upper level next to the game room is an additional shared full bathroom for guests and a relaxing master bedroom retreat.

With Snow Summit Ski Resort only 2 blocks away you are close to it all. Perfect location to enjoy all adventures that Big Bear has to offer from skiing, boarding, boating, 5 minutes away from The Village , restaurants and shopping!
****We cannot grant access to the cabin until the rental agreement is signed with the Good Neighbor Brochure - please note no code will be sent earlier than 4pm and only with the signed agreement per the City of Big Bear Lake****
Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 3 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood.
All trash must be taken off-site per Big Bear Lake rules that will be emailed to you or it is $25 per bag left behind.
All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $500 per person over occupancy.
Please note: We do not have A/C available at the home. However, fans (2-3) are available.
No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line and Spa hours are prohibited between the hours of 10pm-7am per our permit and City rules.
Village Distance: 9 minutes away from the home.
Slope distances: Snow Summit is 3 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 6 minutes away from the home.
We have high chairs available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.
To comply with our city permit, there is a $45 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.
If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.
Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our ’things to know’ and ’house rules’ sections will be subject to paying a $400 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
