Welcome to the Treehouse, a warm and inviting Fall escape awaits you! Take in the fresh mountain air, and you will instantly know it’s going to be a great stay! This A-frame cottage features gorgeous views of Bear Mountain. So peaceful and serene, not even the birds will disagree. The Treehouse is minutes from the best adventures Big Bear has to offer such as the lake, skiing, hiking, biking, sledding, golf and the zoo. There is truly something for everyone. An intimate cabin for family/friends.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven/range, microwave and dishwasher. Spices for your use are available. Fully stocked Coffee Bar.
Living Room: leather sectional sofa. Large Smart TV (streaming available HULU, NETFLIX) Gas Fireplace.
Master Bedroom: King Bed, half bath with laundry. Dresser, nightstands with charging port, luggage racks and Smart TV.
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed, Dresser, nightstand with charging port, luggage racks, and Smart T.V.
Game room/loft: The game room has a Ms. Pacman machine, an air hockey/pool table, a foosball coffee table, a wall-mounted Connect 4 game, a Karaoke machine, and many board games.
Outdoor space: Outdoor seating, hot tub, fire pit, propane barbecue, and views!
NO Pets allowed at any time as owners have severe allergies and violation of this will be $1500 and immediate eviction.

Moonridge is a hillside residential area on the south end of the Big Bear Valley and is surrounded by national forest. Moonridge is home to Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, Big Bear Alpine Zoo and the Moonridge Corridor. Many properties in Moonridge have spectacular ski slope views and/or lake views. The majority of homes in the area are second homes and or vacation rentals.
The house is close to the ski shuttle pick-up spot, and just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and the Village. You can walk or bike up to mountain trails or down to the lake.
Free Big Bear Trolley:
Mountain Transit’s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
Parking: 2 medium to small cars can park in the driveway. The vehicle that parks alongside the house needs to watch out for the roof.
Guest Policy: We allow up to 4 guests.
Car Policy: We allow up to 2 cars.
We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay.
