Welcome to Cayman Reef Resort Unit #6 — a charming ground-floor, one-bedroom condo ideally located in the heart of Grand Cayman’s iconic Seven Mile Beach. With beautifully maintained interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the pool and beach, this unit offers comfort, convenience, and unbeatable access to island life. Stylish Interior This light-filled, ground-level unit includes a cozy living space with a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dining nook. The enclosed patio offers relaxing views of the garden and pool, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Board games, books, and tennis gear are available in the unit for guest use. The condo features a full-size kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including a drip coffee maker, blender, cooking spices, cookware, and dining ware — ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Essential Starter Pack Included Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started. Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper,  paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided. New steps provide easy entry to the Caribbean Sea for swimming and snorkeling directly from the complex. Guests have complimentary access to: • Tennis court (rackets & pickleball gear provided) • Large swimming pool • Outdoor showers • Beach chairs • Grocery and beach bags Sand Shifting & Beach Access Note Like many properties on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, the beach at Cayman Reef Resort is subject to seasonal sand shifting and erosion. While most of the year a narrow stretch of sand remains, there may be periods when the water reaches the seawall. During these times, loungers are relocated to the grassy terrace above. A wider beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Current beach conditions can be confirmed upon request. Convenient Location Cayman Reef Resort is located just a 10-minute walk from Camana Bay, Foster’s Grocery Store, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Right across the street, guests will find a dive shop, liquor store, and several dining options including Peppers Bar & Grill, Coconut Joe’s, Saltwater Grill, and Chicken! Chicken! This unit is also owner-managed with the hosts nearby, ensuring high standards of care and quick assistance when needed. Note: Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but restaurants and gas stations remain open. Some gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
