Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Not a party house! Please respect the friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. No smoking of any kind on the premises.Please remove shoes inside the home. If traveling with a pet, we have few extra rules: 1) No pets on the furniture at any time. 2) Pets must always be left in a crate or kennel when home alone. 3) Pets must not be left alone for more than 10 hours at a time. 4) Please do not use white bath towels to clean your pet. We hope you will treat this property as you would treat your own home.
