Our newly renovated (August 2024) luxury three-bedroom, three-bathroom Fall
Line condo in Killington, Vermont, offers the perfect getaway close to the
slopes, no matter the season. Spread out over two floors, the condo boasts
breathtaking mountain views, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (with free
firewood), and a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and private
patio. The lock-off unit adds versatility, allowing for additional privacy
when needed. As part of the Fall Line community, you’ll enjoy access to the
indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a small fitness area at the community center.
Plus, there’s an EV charger onsite for your convenience. Experience why Fall

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out
times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out
may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless
check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in
advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and
decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please
properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub
and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday
after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for
maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo
from Thanksgiving to mid-March on Saturdays and Sundays only. There is no
shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule
of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and
recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel
drive and winter tires are also recommended.
The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and
a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have
mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays
and Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail
open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center
features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV
charger.
