Our home away from home is perfect for couples, friends, and families. A
bright and airy 4th floor (roof-level) condo welcomes you with a well-equipped
kitchen where you can make hearty meals or bake cookies and pie. We provide
Brita pitchers in the fridge and Soda Stream to make your own sparkling water,
or you can enjoy a warm beverage with our selection of teas and two coffee
brewing options, Keurig or drip. Cook a meal on granite countertops and
stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher to do the cleaning when you’re
done so you can cozy up to watch a movie on our smart TV, read a book, or play
a game. Sit down to a meal at our large dining table, watch the stars through
our skylight or enjoy the view from our private balcony. The first floor also

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
