Our two bedroom, two bathroom Fall Line condo in Killington, Vermont is
located close to the slopes and the perfect place for your vacation no matter
the season. Spread out on two floors, you’ll have amazing mountain views, a
wood burning fireplace (free firewood provided), comfy living room, dining
room, kitchen and patio. The community center at the center of the complex
offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small fitness area. Come see why
Fall Line is one of the best locations in Killington! (If you need more space,
you can book the lock-off unit next door and gain another bedroom and
bathroom.)
• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out
times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
