The Breakaway House is a newly renovated duplex home located just off the main
access road in Killington. This listing is for the right unit of the home
(Unit B), and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. (You
may also rent the combined left and right units if you wish.) Completely gut-
renovated, the house is the perfect place for your family or group to start
your Killington vacation - be it winter, spring, summer or fall. You’re
located close to all that Killington has to offer and you’ll enjoy having the
living space upstairs while sleeping space is on the main floor. Smart TVs
with streaming services, games and a wood burning stove will keep you occupied
when you’re home, while the open kitchen is the perfect setup for celebrating
any occasion together. In the warmer months, you can grill on the back deck or
enjoy the yard. The Breakaway House is the perfect place for your Killington
holiday! (Pet fee may apply. Read below.)
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may
have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us
for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• The house is a duplex. This listing is for the right unit of the duplex.
There may be other guests in the left unit. The back desk is shared space. You
may also book both units if you wish.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as
you please.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times
depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may
be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the
outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete
your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house. This
is outside and not in the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use NoiseAware, smart home technology
that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond
to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy
compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please
ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do
anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

• Pets are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.

• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and
recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel
drive and winter tires are also recommended.
